Head to the Register page and fill in your basic details — name, email address or Pakistani mobile number, and a password. The process takes under two minutes. You must be 18 years of age or older to register. Once your account is created you can make your first PKR deposit immediately and claim your welcome bonus.

No. GamePKR operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. Multiple accounts are not permitted and can result in all accounts being permanently closed, including any balance held within them. If you have forgotten your login details, use the password recovery option — do not register again.

On the Login page, click the forgot password option. Enter your registered email address or mobile number and you will receive a reset link or a verification code. Follow the steps and you will have access to your account within a couple of minutes. Your balance and bet history are all preserved.

Log in to your account and navigate to the account settings section. From there you can update your contact details, change your password and adjust notification preferences. For changes to core identity information, the platform may ask for a verification step to protect your account from unauthorised changes.

Account locks usually happen after several consecutive failed login attempts — this is a security feature. The lock typically lifts after a short waiting period. The fastest way to regain access is to reset your password using the recovery process on the Login page, which bypasses the lock immediately.

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits processed through the GamePKR cashier typically reflect in your account balance within a few minutes. You initiate the payment from the cashier, confirm on your mobile wallet app, and the balance updates automatically. If your deposit has not appeared after 15 minutes, check your transaction history and contact support if needed.

Go to the cashier section inside your account, select withdrawal, choose your preferred method and enter the amount in PKR. Withdrawals submitted during normal processing hours are typically completed within a few hours. Bank transfers may take slightly longer depending on your bank. Minimum amounts vary depending on the payment method selected. The cashier section displays the current minimum for each option at the time of transaction. Generally, mobile wallet methods like JazzCash and Easypaisa have lower minimums than bank transfers, making them more convenient for smaller top-ups.

First, check whether the amount was deducted from your JazzCash or Easypaisa wallet. If it was deducted but has not appeared in your GamePKR balance after 15–20 minutes, take note of the transaction reference from your wallet and contact the support team with that reference. Do not attempt the same deposit again until the first one has been investigated, to avoid a duplicate charge.

Live in-play markets are available during PSL and T20 matches, letting you bet on the next over or next ball outcome as the action unfolds.

Winning bets are settled automatically once the result is confirmed. The winnings are added directly to your PKR account balance. For in-play bets, settlement happens shortly after the specific event resolves — for example, a top batsman bet is settled when the innings completes.
